<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw working system and method for working the same, which manufactures a screw made of a resin material having a size within standard. <P>SOLUTION: The screw working system 10 includes: a first chuck 14 for holding a bar 12 made of the resin material; a cutting blade 16 for performing cutting work; a second chuck 18 for holding a tip end part of a cut bar 12; an end mill 20 for forming a groove of a screw head; a scanner 24 for photographing the appearance of the screw; a computer 26 for performing image processing of a photographed image; and a control means for controlling an operation of the screw working system 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
