<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid linker capable of purifying highly purified proteins to be suitably used for comprehensive protein interaction analyses. <P>SOLUTION: The nucleic acid linker produces a complex of an mRNA and a protein encoded by the mRNA. The nucleic acid linker consists of two polynucleotide chains having mutually complementary sequences at the 5' terminals, The two polynucleotide chains are hybridized via the complementary sequences. One polynucleotide chain comprises a single chain polynucleotide moiety hybridizable with the 3' end side sequence of the mRNA and an arm moiety having a connection part with the protein at the terminal branching from the single chain polynucleotide moiety. In the other polynucleotide chain, a polydA sequence is connected to the 3' end, while at the terminal of the polydA sequence, one of specific two molecules specifically coupling with the terminal is connected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
