The present invention relates to an eco-friendly apparatus for seeding rice seed using a rice transplanter, which comprises a rotary means (30) for flattening rice paddy by being installed on the lower part of a rice transplanter (10); a mulching means (40) for mulching to the rice paddy by unrolling a rolled mulching film (M) installed on the lower part of a rice transplanter (10) to be arranged on the rear side of the rotary means (30); a rice seed seeding means (100) for seeding rice seeds on the rice paddy arranged between the rear side of the mulching means (40) and a rice seedling transplant unit (12) of a rice transplanter (10) for mulching by operation of a rice seedling transplant unit (12) penetrating through the mulching film (M) at the same time. According to an embodiment of the present invention, an eco-friendly apparatus for seeding rice seed using a rice transplanter and a method for seeding using the same has effects in inhibiting weed generation. |
