The present invention relates to a method for producing a meatball containing Auricularia auricula-judae and a meatball produced through the same. The method of the present invention comprises the steps of: producing Auricularia auricula-judae mixed meat by mixing and mincing meat and Auricularia auricula-judae; mixing the Auricularia auricula-judae mixed meat with seasoning paste; and molding a mixture mixed in the previous step into a meatball shape. The present invention relates to a method for producing a meatball, which comprises the steps of: producing Auricularia auricula-judae seasoning paste by mixing Auricularia auricula-judae with seasoning paste; mixing the Auricularia auricula-judae seasoning paste with minced meat; and molding a mixture mixed in the previous step into a meatball shape. According to the present invention, the method has an effect in improving flavor of a meatball, an effect in removing bad smells from meatball ingredient material, and an effect in enhancing digestion when a meatball is consumed. |
