摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regenerate a pipeline bridge while utilizing a manhole and saving a construction space without excavating a vertical shaft, further, without cutting the pipeline bridge. SOLUTION: An opening is formed on one end side of a main pipe 11 by detaching a detachable pipe 12. A flexible cylindrical body 2 has a hollow cylindrical inner surface watertight layer 21 comprising an airtight material, a resin-impregnated layer 22 covering the inner surface watertight layer 21, in which a nonwoven fabric is impregnated with a hardening resin hardening by a heating or irradiation of a light, and an exterior protecting layer 23 covering the resin-impregnated layer 22. The cylindrical body 2 is introduced from the opening, arranged along an axial direction of the main pipe 11, and a gas or a liquid is pressed into the inner surface watertight layer 21, by which the exterior protecting layer 23 is pressure-bonded to the inner surface of the main pipe, and the heating or the irradiation of the light is carried out from the inside of the inner surface watertight layer to the resin-impregnated layer 22.
