Provided are a method and a device for generating a community of nodes. The method comprises the steps of: generating a list of a label exhibiting a first community including the node by each node; transferring a list of the label corresponding to each node to a peripheral node of the node; and generating a second community of the nodes based on the list of the label corresponding to the node, transferred to the peripheral node.
