A redox flow battery and a method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. In one embodiment of the invention, the redox flow battery is provided wherein the redox flow battery comprises: an ion exchange membrane having a tube shape; any one electrode either of a positive electrode or a negative electrode formed by being inserted into the ion exchange membrane, and a current collector; the other electrode either of a positive electrode or a negative electrode formed to surround an outer surface of the ion exchange membrane and a current collector; and an insulator formed to surround the ion exchange membrane, any one electrode either of a positive electrode or a negative electrode and the current collector, and the other one electrode between a positive electrode and a negative electrode and the current collector.
