<p>A drive system, for a motor vehicle, comprises at least an internal combustion engine 18 and at least one electric drive 12, 20 and at least one clutch transmission 22. At least one control device 16 has at least one power electronics unit 12, 14 and at least one energy store arrangement 24. The internal combustion engine 18 is connected to a first drive axle 6 via the clutch transmission 22. The control device 16 comprises a boost strategy module (25, fig 2) which determines at least one subfactor (e.g. 26), such as for example temperature of a battery, boost time etc, for operating states of the drive system 2 such that a boost strategy factor (74) can be calculated. A boost function factor can be determined and shown on a display. In a method the boost strategy module (25) is used to determine weighting subfactors as a function of the subfactors (26) and the boost strategy factor (74) is a function of the weighting subfactors. The subfactors are normalised and a plausibility check is performed on the normalised subfactors.</p> |
