The present invention relates to a floor material to prevent transmission of noises between floors to absorb live noise and vibration. According to the present invention, a shock and vibration damping block-100A includes a vibration damping sphere (10), a lower cushioning material (20), and an upper cushioning material (30). The present invention provides an elastic ball buried cushioning body (X) with the internal vibration damping sphere (10) comprising the steps of: manufacturing the vibration damping sphere (10) by injection or compression-molding one material from rubber, silicone, urethane, and epoxy; manufacturing a lower and an upper cushioning material (20, 30) by making one material from PE, EVA, EPP, EPS, urethane, and sponges foam in a mold, wherein a plurality of vibration damping sphere insertion grooves (a) is formed downwards on a top of a square plate; and injecting the vibration damping sphere (10) into the vibration damping sphere insertion grooves (a) on a top of the lower cushioning material (20) after applying an adhesive to the top of the lower cushioning material (20), and pressing and attaching the lower and upper cushioning materials (20, 30) onto each other after placing the upper cushioning material (30) on the top of the lower cushioning material (20) with the vibration damping sphere placed between them. |
