The present invention includes applying adhesive to the side of an elastic body made of independent foam polyurethane, covering sides except a lower bonding side with a copper film, forming a coating layer formed by plating or depositing nickel on the exposed surface of the copper film, forming a resin coating layer on it, and applying a conductive adhesive on the lower side. The present invention can greatly reduce thickness by using independent foam polyurethane instead of existing open cell polyurethane. Nickle is plated or deposited on the exposed part of a copper film. Resin is coated on it to completely prevent the oxidation corrosion of copper. Also, it can reduce short or malfunction without the generation of conductive powder because a fabric material is not used. |
