An antenna module for transmitting or receiving terahertz waves may include: a radiation patch which transmits or receives terahertz waves; an antenna which has a first ground including and is located separately from the radiation patch; an integrated circuit substrate which is located below the antenna, and has a signal processing part generating the terahertz waves or processing the received terahertz waves; and a via which connects the radiation patch and the signal processing part, and penetrates the hole.
