<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition in which a fluororesin and a thermoplastic resin free of fluorine are uniformly dispersed. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition comprises: a fluororesin having at least one functional group selected from the group consisting of a carbonyl group, an olefin group and an amino group at the main-chain terminal or side-chain terminal of the polymer; a thermoplastic resin free of fluorine having a reactive functional group at the main-chain terminal or side-chain terminal of the polymer; and a multifunctional compound.
