An exemplary fixing device includes an elastically deformable sleeve and a screw extendable through the sleeve. The sleeve includes a hollow column and multiple flanges extending outwardly from an outer circumferential face of the column. A plate assembly incorporating the fixing device is also provided.

1. A fixing device comprising:
an elastically deformable sleeve comprising a hollow column and a plurality of flanges extending outwardly from an outer circumferential face of the column; a latch fixed to the sleeve, the latch comprising a wire connecting the sleeve and a plurality of hooks formed on the wire; and a screw extendable through the column of the sleeve.
