PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air flow control valve structure which can suppress the wear of bearing members and the wobbling of connecting shafts by surely securing a clearance between the connecting members and the bearing members.SOLUTION: An assembly part 35 constituting an intake control valve 30 of this intake system 100 comprises: valve main bodies 31 which are arranged at four intake ports 20, respectively, and control flows of intake air supplied to a combustion chamber 203a of an engine 200; three turning shaft members 32 which are integrally arranged at the valve main bodies 31 so as to connect the four valve main bodies 31; bearing members 33 having bearing holes 33a which rotatably support turning shaft members 32 at one-end 31a sides of the valve main bodies 31; and bearing members 34 having bearing holes 34a which rotatably support the turning shaft members 32 at other-end 31b sides of the valve main bodies 31. Then, in a state that the bearing members 33 and the bearing members 34 are fit into the turning shaft members 32 which connect the valve main bodies 31, the turning members 32 and the valve main bodies 31 are integrally formed. |
