Disclosed is a low noise amplifier. It includes an input terminal for receiving an input signal; an nMOS transistor part which includes M nMOS transistors connected in series; a pMOS transistor part which includes L pMOS transistors connected in series; and an output terminal which adds the output of the drain of the M-th transistor of the nMOS transistor part and the output of the drain of the L-th transistor of the pMOS transistor part and outputs it. The input terminal is connected to the source of the first transistor of the nMOS transistor part and the source of the first transistor of the pMOS transistor part.
