PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device and a communication setting method thereof capable of avoiding sound interruption when reproducing data obtained by Bluetooth.SOLUTION: An on-vehicle device 1 includes: two antennas 84 and 86 installed at mutually different positions; a wireless LAN/BT module 80 for communicating with a mobile terminal device 110 or the like using a Bluetooth system, and communicating with a mobile router 100 or the like using a wireless LAN system; a change-over switch 82 for changing connection of each of the two antennas 84 and 86 and the wireless LAN/BT module 80; a communication state monitoring section 63 for monitoring communication state of the Bluetooth system when each of the antennas 84 and 86 is connected to the wireless LAN/BT module 80 sequentially, according to connection state change by the change-over switch 82; and a connection setting section 64 for setting connection state of the antennas 84 and 86 according to the monitoring result.
