PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology by which uplink resources can be efficiently allocated to a mobile station when implementing uplink bearer split under dual connectivity.SOLUTION: In a mobile communication system including a first base station, a second base station and a mobile station device, in the case where the uplink bearer split is set between the first and second base stations and the mobile station device in a predetermined split ratio and a buffer residence amount in the mobile station device does not exceed a threshold value, even if the uplink bearer split is set, the mobile station device transmits a buffer state report only to any one of the first base station and the second base station. In the case where the buffer residence amount exceeds the threshold value, the buffer residence amount is split in accordance with the split ratio, and the buffer state report is transmitted to the first base station and the second base station in accordance with the split buffer residence amount. |
