PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white balance device for a display.SOLUTION: Regarding the white balance device for the display, a white balance device formed from a white or gray translucent plate and a color temperature sensor is provided in a television, a computer display, or a display of a tablet PC, a camera, a video camera, a projector or a mobile phone. A uniform neutral light beam generated by transmitting an external light beam through the white or gray translucent plate is projected on the color temperature sensor and the color temperature sensor further sends a signal of the detected uniform neutral light beam directly to a central processing unit (CPU) of the television, the computer display, the tablet PC, the camera, the video camera, the projector or the mobile phone. White balance arithmetic processing is then performed on an environmental color temperature value, thereby obtaining an accurate white balance numerical value on the job site. A color temperature of the display is automatically adjusted in real time and matched to a real-time environmental color temperature on the job site. Thus, when human eyes watch the display, accurate colors of an image or video are projected on the display.
