PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable efficient (prompt with a reduced traffic amount) and secure transmission of security information to a center in the event of a large scale disaster. ! SOLUTION: A security system is constituted by a center device and a plurality of security devices which transmit security information through a notification channel network. A security device transmits security information to another security device through a wireless mesh network when the notification channel network is unavailable. The security device, at the transmission of the security information through the wireless mesh network, performs flooding transmission of the security information when power is not supplied from an external power supply, whereas in other cases, performs routing transmission of the security information to a predetermined security device.
