According to the present invention, provided is an apparatus for improving dispersibility of carbon nanotube comprising: a main body having an internal space formed with a frictional surface; a disc which is rotationally provided on the internal space of the main body and has a space for wet-type pulverization of a carbon nanotube aggregate between the frictional surface of the main body and an upper surface of the disc; and a driving unit which rotationally drives the disc.
