NI-BASE SUPERALLOY HAVING CARBURIZED LAYER FOR DIFFUSION BARRIER AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A nickel-based alloy having an anti-diffusion carburized layer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to restrain a secondary reaction zone (SRZ) from being generated in a super heat-resistant alloy by a mutual diffusion between the alloy and a heat shielding coating layer. CONSTITUTION: A nickel-based alloy includes a nickel-based super heat-resistant alloy, an anti-diffusion carburized layer, and a heat shielding coating layer (14). The nickel-based super heat-resistant alloy is formed with a mono-crystal. The anti-diffusion carburized layer is formed on the super heat-resistant alloy. The heat shielding coating layer is formed on the anti-diffusion carburized layer having a thickness of 1 to 20 micrometers. The heat shielding coating layer for bond coating is formed with MCrAlY or aluminide.
