PURPOSE:To make a support base for a chair, a table, a working platform or the like free to adjust in height and stout. CONSTITUTION:This support base is made up of a base part 2 carried on a floor, a link having an intermediate part where the base is linked to a carrier base part 1 on which men and goods are placed free to extend, gear mechanisms 6a and 6b to regulate the action of the link and a gear stopping mechanism 17 to regulate the action of gears. Thus, a support base with very high durability can be produced. |
