PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily accommodate a change in an attachment interface and a request specification of a valve timing adjusting device.SOLUTION: When making a rotor 1 or a case 2 by laminating a plurality of steel plates punched with die components (die and punch) installed replaceably at a press die in axial direction, a part of the die components is replaced to change a shape to be punched, thereby changing a partial shape of the rotor 1 or the case 2.
