PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the arrangement structure of the signal line and power source line of an ECU and shorten the whole length of the power source line, in the arrangement structure of the ECU.SOLUTION: In the arrangement structure of an ECU 5, an internal combustion engine 1, a plurality of ECUs 5A, 5B, 5C attached to the internal combustion engine, and a dynamo 4 attached to the internal combustion engine and driven by the internal combustion engine are included; and at least one of the ECUs is a latter activation ECU 5C where only after-start-up functions sufficiently working even in a case of functioning after start-up of the internal combustion engine are aggregated, and is electrically connected to the dynamo.
