<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce costs and man-hours by using a common pallet in a washing step and an assembling step, in the manufacturing of a cast part unit.SOLUTION: This manufacturing method sequentially performs: a casting step for molding a body member 10 which exhibits a substantially-flat plate shape extending to a direction orthogonal to a thickness direction, and has a recess 15 at an external peripheral end of one side face 11 in the thickness direction; a processing step for applying cutting processing (milling) to a flat face 13 formed at the side face 11 of the body member 10; a pallet attachment step for attaching the body member 10 to a pallet 4 by pressing a clamp member 41 arranged at the pallet 4 to the recess 15 which is formed of a molded face, and clamping the body member 10 from both sides of the thickness direction; a washing step for washing the body member 10 in a state that the body member 10 is attached to the pallet 4 by clamping the body member by the clamp member 41; and an assembling step for forming a hydraulic control device by assembling the other part to the body member 10 while leaving the body member 10 in an attached state to the pallet 4 by being clamped by the clamp member 41.</p> |
