PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharge device which can reduce occurrence of cross talk and have an improved filling performance of a liquid.SOLUTION: An ink discharge head 100 has an ink supply port 2 as an opening. The ink supply port 2 is so formed in a long and narrow shape as to extend in a plane direction of a substrate of the ink discharge head 100. Plural ink discharge ports 1 and plural heaters are provided along a longer direction of the ink supply port 2. The ink discharge ports 1 are provided every ink chamber 5. The ink camber 5 is divided by a side wall 19A, a pair of partition walls 19B, 19B, a substrate layer 10 and a nozzle layer 20. The substrate layer 10, which faces the ink supply port 2 side of the partition wall 19B, forms a projection 6 projected to the ink supply port 2 side. A pillar 4 is provided on the projection 6. An effect on an ink, which flows to an adjacent ink chamber 5, is reduced by the projection 6 and the pillar 4. |
