The present invention relates to a method of bioconverting ginsenoside Rb1 to ginsenoside F2 using a Ralstonia pickettii LSA71 strain. Specifically, a Ralstonia pickettii LSA71 strain separated from rhizosphere soil significantly represents β-glucosidase activation, and effectively exhibits a conversion capacity from ginsenoside Rb1 to ginsenoside F2. Therefore, a Ralstonia pickettii LSA71 strain of the present invention can be effectively used in a method for mass production of ginsenoside F2.
