The present invention relates to an apparatus for inducing and capturing a predator, which disturbs a marine afforestation, and more specifically, to an apparatus for capturing a predator, which comprises a sheet equipped with a capturing unit; and a capturing member formed in a net shape in the capturing unit. Accordingly, the present invention enables to capture a predator, which is induced to the capturing unit, within the capturing unit, thereby being easily used; includes the capturing apparatus in a sheet, thereby not being interrupted by a shape of a sea-bed and being spread widely on the sea-bed; and does not need to comprises a separate apparatus for capturing, thereby being easily installed on the sea-bed and having a simple structure.
