The invention relates to a decrypting descrambling device for receiving encrypted scrambled broadcasts, a decrypting descrambling method and a disposing method. The decrypting descrambling device comprises a first transmission interface, a mult-itask unit and a descrambling unit. The first transmission interface is used for receiving a digital signal. The multi-task unit which is electrically connected with the first transmission interface is used for decrypting and descrambling the digital signal so as to generate a multitask digital signal and a broadcast control signal. The descrambling unit which is electrically connected with the multi-task unit is used for receiving the multi-task digital signal and a control character code and decrypting and descrambling the multi-task digital signal according to the control character code so as to generate a decrypting descrambling signal, and further used for determining whether to transmit the decrypting descrambling signal or not according to the broadcast control signal. |
