<p>According to a solar cell of the present invention, light of a long wavelength which is not absorbed among incident sunlight is converted into light of a short wavelength which is absorbed by including a rear electrode layer with a plurality of fine patterns with protrusion shapes and a light conversion layer which includes an up-conversion particle and the luminous efficiency of the light conversion layer is increased by further including a buffer layer and an insulation layer on the front side and the rear side of the light conversion layer. Therefore, the solar cell with the above structure shows high light conversion efficiency by reducing a light loss.</p>
