The present invention relates to a water-soluble bad smell reducing device using an effective microbe, comprising: a box type housing which is filled with an effective microbe culture medium; an air inlet which is located at the lowermost end in the housing and introduces contaminated air; a contaminated air purification unit which is installed to be separated apart at predetermined intervals on an upper end of the air inlet and has a plurality of porous baffles formed therein; a multi-disk shaped cylinder filter unit which is located on an upper end of the contaminated air purification unit, dissolves the contaminated air therein, and attaches or absorbs a formed impurity; and an outlet which discharges the air generated on an upper end of the box type housing to the outside. Accordingly, provided is the water-soluble bad smell reducing device using the effective microbe, which can effectively reduce the water-soluble bad smell of wastewater discharged from an area nearby an industrial complex, and collects and decomposes a by-product to be purified.
