<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging device capable of quickly tracking to search a point at which output power of a photovoltaic power generation device is maximum even when the point changes according to change of a solar radiation state.SOLUTION: A microcomputer 113 changes a controlled variable in a first search range, and repeats outline search for searching the controlled variable at which output power of a solar panel 10 is maximum. In addition, between the outline searches, the microcomputer 113 changes the controlled variable in a second search range narrower than the first search range including an immediately preceding search result, and repeats detailed search for searching the controlled variable at which the output power of the solar panel 10 is maximum. Then, based on the search result of the detailed search, the microcomputer 113 controls a power feeding converter circuit 110. As a result, a point at which the output power of the solar panel 10 is maximum can be quickly tracked to be searched even when the point changes according to change of a solar radiation state.</p> |
