<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive agent coating liquid for a collector coat that enables the manufacturing of an electrochemical element having excellent characteristics.SOLUTION: The adhesive agent coating liquid for a collector coat includes a binder, a water soluble fluorescent material, a surfactant, and water. Concentration of the water soluble fluorescent material is equal to or more than 0.01 wt.% and less than 3 wt.%. Concentration of the surfactant is equal to or more than 0.1 wt.% and less than 1 wt.%.</p> |
