<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device capable of stably cutting a tape and a printing device.SOLUTION: A movable section 220 having a cutting blade 223 is rotatable around a rotary shaft 201 so that the cutting blade 223 approaches or separates from a cradle 213. A pressing spring 240 provided in the movable section 220 has an arm section 242 and an arm section 243 located at longitudinal direction positions different from each other. When external force acting in a downward direction is received in the arm section 242, energizing force in a first operation direction is imparted to the movable section 220 in the arm section 243, and the cutting blade 223 is moved in a direction approaching the cradle 213. A regulation pin 250 is provided on the front side of the movable section 220 so as to regulate the movement of the movable section 220 in the front direction when the pressing spring 240 is elastically deformed.</p> |
