Provided are a personalized information processing method, device and apparatus, and a nonvolatile computer storage medium. The method comprises: receiving personalized information which is related to user input behaviours and is sent by at least two clients (101); then, according to the personalized information, clustering users corresponding to the at least two clients so as to obtain at least one cluster (102); obtaining a shared resource of each cluster according to the personalized information sent by the clients corresponding to the users in each cluster (103); and sending the shared resource to the users in each cluster (104), so that analysis can be performed on the acquired personalized information related to user input behaviours, and personalized resources can be recommended to the users according to an analysis result, thereby improving the flexibility of the processing of the user input behaviours.
