<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce heat energy loss in a case of draining expanded water for preventing a pressure increase in a hot water storage tank at a time of a boiling operation.SOLUTION: A hot water storage water heater comprises: a hot water storage tank 2 storing hot water heated by a heater 3; a lower pipe 6 connected to a lower portion of the hot water storage tank 2; a first pressure release valve 9 provided halfway along the lower pipe 6; an upper pipe 10 connected to an upper portion of the hot water storage tank 2; an intermediate pipe 11 connected to an intermediate portion of the hot water storage tank 2; an intermediate mixture valve 12 connected to the upper pipe 10 and the intermediate pipe 11 and mixing hot water taken out from the upper pipe 10 with hot water taken out from the intermediate pipe 11; a water supply mixture valve 17 mixing the hot water passing through the intermediate mixture valve 12 with feed-water and introducing the mixture to a hot water supply destination; and a bath mixture valve 18 mixing the hot water passing through the intermediate mixture valve 12 with the feed-water and introducing the mixture to a bathtub 15.</p> |
