<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slide door bearing of a vehicle having two layers of resin layers, and its manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A slide door bearing 30 of a vehicle comprises a resin-made outer membrane member 35 covering an external periphery of a rolling bearing member 33, the outer membrane member 35 has a first outer membrane part 36 and a second outer membrane part 37, an external peripheral face irregularity part in which recesses and protrusions are alternately and continuously formed in a circumferential direction is arranged at an external peripheral face of the first outer membrane part 36, the second outer membrane part 37 is formed of a material which is harder than the first outer membrane part 36, an internal peripheral face irregularity part in which recesses and protrusions are alternately and continuously formed in a circumferential direction is arranged at an internal peripheral face of the second outer membrane part, and the external peripheral face irregularity part and the internal peripheral face irregularity part are constituted so as to be joined to each other, and integrated by relatively sliding the second outer membrane part 37 toward the first outer membrane part 36 in an axial line direction of the rolling bearing member 33.</p> |
