<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propeller shaft breakage detection device capable of early discovering breakage of a propeller shaft.SOLUTION: When a second propeller shaft is broken in a connection section between a first shaft 10a and a second shaft, the first shaft 10a is rotated with a connection section with a universal joint as a center. An electric wire 12 is provided on the track, and when the first shaft 10a is brought into contact with the electric wire 22, a Y terminal 12a is pulled from a fixing screw 20a by the pressure. Therefore, electric current from a power source 22 is not supplied to a lamp 23 and the lamp 23 is turned off. That is, a driver is notified that the second propeller shaft 10 is broken by turning-off of the lamp 23.</p> |
