PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition which makes it possible to obtain a molded article satisfying high tear resistance at room temperature and excellent low temperature sealability in a balanced manner.SOLUTION: A polymer composition comprises a crystalline olefin polymer (A), and an ethyleneα-olefin (with 4-20 carbon atoms)-nonconjugated polyene copolymer (B) satisfying the following requirement (1) that for the copolymer (B), a molar ratio of a structural unit derived from an ethylene and a structural unit derived from anα-olefin (with 4-20 carbon atoms) is 50/50-69/31.
