PURPOSE: A torsion damper for a propeller shaft is provided to decide optimal weight by using one torsion damper without producing plural torsion dampers. CONSTITUTION: A torsion damper for a propeller shaft in a rear drive vehicle comprises a damper rubber(22) combined around a propeller shaft; a damper wheel(21) connected to an outer circumference of the damper rubber; a placing member(23) of a cylinder shape arranging plural circular grooves(24) mounted along a peripheral face; and a weight control ring(26) combined to the circular groove of the placing member to control weight of the damper wheel. The torsion damper prevents twist vibration of the propeller shaft delivering power between a transmission and a final reduction gear. The torsion damper changes entire weight by changing weight and numbers of the weight control ring inserted to the circular groove to decide optimal weight for reducing vibration of the propeller shaft.
