<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter element having a frame material in which deformation of a main surface opposite to a filter media side, is prevented.SOLUTION: A filter element 10 comprises a frame material 12 being cloth, and a filter material 11 which is folded by pleat folding. One main surface 12a on the frame material 12 and an end surface 14 crossing a peak line 13 of pleat on the filter material are adhered by only low melting point-resin included in the other main surface 12b of the filter material 12. One main surface (main surface opposite to the filter material side) 12a of the frame material 12 is formed of only high melting point-resin having a melting point higher than that of the low melting point-resin, and/or a non-melting component. Therefore, deformation by accident of the main surface opposite to the filter material side can be prevented.</p> |
