<p>The present invention relates to a moving body for charging a battery and a system for charging a battery of a moving body, which can charge a battery with an engine generator by checking the state of charge (SOC) of the battery. The system for charging a battery of a moving body comprises: a moving body which drives by driving electric power provided by a battery and/or an engine generator; and a terminal which transmits and receives data with the moving body. The moving body comprises: an engine generator which generates electricity using the rotational force of an engine; a battery module which includes a battery charged by the engine generator, and a battery managing unit controlling the battery; a communications module which transmits and receives data with the terminal; and a control unit which periodically transmits the SOC information of the battery to the terminal, and controls the charging of the battery by either a first charging mode or a second charging mode when the SOC is under a first reference value.</p> |
