Disclosed is an electronic apparatus capable of touch sensing and fingerprint sensing. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the electronic apparatus comprises: a plurality of independent touch sensing electrodes; touch sensing traces connected to the touch sensing electrodes, respectively; a plurality of independent fingerprint sensing electrodes included in at least one touch sensing electrode; fingerprint sensing traces connected to the fingerprint sensing electrodes, respectively; and a controller to control the scanning of the touch sensing electrodes in a touch sensing mode, and to control the scanning of the fingerprint sensing electrodes in a fingerprint sensing mode.
