<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure the concentration of hydrogen at a high responsiveness in many places.SOLUTION: In order to solve the problem, the hydrogen concentration measurement device includes a measurement cell unit disposed in a measurement object space and measuring means. The measurement cell unit includes: a first cell that is disposed on at least one surface and through which gas can pass, and in which gas in the measurement object space flows after passing a catalyst for converting the hydrogen contained in the passing gas into HO; and a second cell that is disposed adjacently to the first cell and through which gas in the measurement object space flows. The measuring means measures a first measured value as the concentration of the HO contained in the gas flowing through the first cell and a second measured value as the concentration of the HO contained in the gas flowing through the second cell.</p> |
