A fault diagnosis method is provided. The method includes: performing a technological process of a diagnostic object to obtain an online operation data sample; extracting a first set of data in a first predetermined period of time from the online operation data sample set as a detecting antigen; calculating deviations of the detecting antigen and all of normal antibodies in a normal antibody database to obtain a first deviation set; determining whether each deviation in the first deviation set is less than a normal antibody threshold; if each deviation in the first deviation set is less than the normal antibody threshold, determining that the technological process is normal, else determining that there is a fault in the technological process. |

1. A fault diagnosis method, comprising:
performing a technological process of a diagnostic object to obtain an online operation data sample; extracting a first set of data in a first predetermined period of time from the online operation data sample as a detecting antigen; calculating deviations of the detecting antigen and all of normal antibodies in a normal antibody database to obtain a first deviation set, wherein the normal antibody database is generated according to operation data of a transplant provider corresponding to the diagnostic object in a plurality of operating conditions and historical data of the diagnostic object in the plurality of operating conditions; determining whether each deviation in the first deviation set is less than a normal antibody threshold; if each deviation in the first deviation set is less than the normal antibody threshold, determining that the technological process is normal, else determining that there is a fault in the technological process. |
