Disclosed are a radiation-free communication terminal achieving communication through visible light and a communication system. The radiation-free communication terminal comprises a visible light emitting module, a visible light receiving module and a central processing unit. The visible light emitting module and the visible light receiving module are connected to the central processing unit. The radiation-free communication terminal in the present application communicates with other visible light communication terminals through visible light, and has advantages of being radiation-free, saving frequency resources, and having stable and reliable communication performance, low communication cost and high communication transmission rate.
