PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tannin-containing beverage in which the occurrence of sediment is suppressed.SOLUTION: The tannin-containing beverage has a tannin content per the beverage, mg/100 ml (A), of 40 mg/100 ml or more, and the tannin content mg/100 ml (A), and the viscosity cP(B) of beverage satisfy a formula of (B>10×A). The tannin content (A) preferably is 50 mg/100 ml or more. Also, the beverage preferably comprises one or more selected from a group consisting of xanthan gum and locust bean gum. |
