<p>The present invention relates to a method for propelling excavation. The method of the present invention comprises: (a) a step for mounting a pipe body for excavation to receive the power of a reducer placed in a front end propulsion apparatus; (b) a step for accommodating the pipe body for excavation and mounting a pipe body for burying a part of the front end of the pipe body for excavation to be exposed; and (c) a step for matching the pipe body for excavation, whose front end is exposed, with the surface to be excavated, rotating and moving forward the pipe body for excavation, pushing and moving forward the pipe body for burying by pressure from a hydraulic cylinder, and simultaneously excavating. The pipe body for excavation of the step (a) has a visible space in the direction of a pipe axis as a bump, whose cross-section is semicircular or planar and which is protruding in the shape of a spiral, is formed on the inner circumferential surface for making it possible to see through the forward direction of the pipe body for excavation through the direction of the pipe axis when the pipe body for excavation rotates and moves forward by the power of the reducer. A hanging unit and a hung unit connected to another pipe body for excavation are placed on one end and the other end of the pipe body for excavation. Placed on the outer circumferential surface is a bearing having a rolling contact with the inner circumferential surface of the pipe body for burying and for promoting the smooth rotation of the pipe body for excavation.</p> |
