The present invention relates to an apparatus for reducing green tide in (1) rivers, including a green tide emerging apparatus (100) installed under the river (1) to generate air bubbles; a blocking part (200) which is formed in the green tide emerging apparatus (100) along with the current of the river (1) to block green tide included in the river (1); and a scum scrapper (300) which induces the blocked green tide by the blocking part (200) to flow in the a scum hopper (400) formed in the side of (1) the river.
