PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery module arranged by use of a solar battery element which has a hetero junction, and enables the improvement of output characteristic by achieving the balance of a high open-circuit voltage and a high short circuit current.SOLUTION: A solar battery module 10 comprises: a solar battery element 14 having a hetero junction, of which the front face side makes a light incident plane; and a sealant 13 for sealing the solar battery element 14. The solar battery element 14 has an open-circuit voltage of 720 mV or more. The sealant 13 has a wavelength conversion layer 27 provided on the front face side of the solar battery element 14. The wavelength conversion layer 27 includes a wavelength conversion agent 26, of which the peak wavelength of excitation light spectra is 380-450 nm, and the peak wavelength of fluorescence spectra is 480 nm or larger. |
